All video consultations should be booked through updoc via a follow up ticket (you can schedule follow ups in the latest video consultation ticket), charge the remaining amounts through the 'charge for additional service' button which takes you to a form.

You may want to structure it like a 'package' so the patients know how much they are paying for up front. But it is ultimately up to you.
