If you have seen a monthly payment occur, this is your unlimited subscription you signed up to on the updoc platform. Great news! This gives you access to unlimited requests for consultations with your Partner Practitioner.
If you have an updoc PLUS subscription, you have access to unlimited requests for consultation with a Partner Practitioner who can provide outcomes including: medical certificates, sick notes, doctors notes.
If you have an updoc PRO subscription, you have access to unlimited requests for consultation with a Partner Practitioner who can provide outcomes including: general advice, medical certificates, prescriptions, specialist referral letters, plant medicine consultations, weight loss consultations, and pathology request forms.
- How do I cancel my updoc subscription?
To cancel your updoc subscription, visit https://updoc.com.au/cancel-subscription and follow the prompts.
