How long does it take to receive a medical certificate if I choose the standard option?
If you choose the standard option, you should receive your medical certificate request outcome in less than 24 hours from the time of your request.
How long does it take to receive a medical certificate if I choose the express option?
If you choose the express option, you should receive your medical certificate request outcome in less than 6 hours from the time of your request.
What is the difference between the standard and express options?
The standard option is a regular service that takes less than 24 hours to process your request while the express option is a fast-track service that prioritizes your request, which typically takes less than 6 hours to process your request.
Am I guaranteed to receive a medical certificate?
You are not guaranteed to receive a medical certificate when using the Updoc platform. It is solely up to your Partner Medical Practitioners clinical judgement.
What should I do if I don't receive my medical certificate within the estimated time frame?
