I haven't received my Medical Certificate, Prescription or Referral yet

Modified on Fri, 15 Aug at 4:17 PM

If you haven't been emailed your Medical Certificate, Prescription or Referral within one hour of your completed consultation, submitting a new request could be the most efficient way to address this issue.

When we reach out to the Partner Doctor to review completed consultations, they might not be able to respond promptly. This is often due to Partner Doctors being occupied with attending to their current patients' consultation requests. Therefore, it's more effective for patients to submit a request, which will automatically assign them to the queue.

This is because the majority of Partner Doctors are busy with consultations, and there's a possibility they might overlook our attempts to contact them in favour of attending to their patients who are assigned to their queue.

You can easily submit a new request by filling out the submission form here: https://updoc.com.au/welcome or log back into your Patient Portal at https://updoc.com.au/patient/ to discuss your desired outcome with another Partner Doctor.

If you have purchased a one-off Standard consultation, we’re happy to process a refund for your initial session after your second consultation. Just send us an email, and we’ll take care of it!

If you are on the Updoc subscription, feel free to request another consultation—you're entitled to unlimited requests during your active subscription period.

Just a gentle reminder that the outcome of your consultation is at the sole discretion of your Partner Doctor.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
