Your updoc subscription will allow you to request as many medical certificates or general consultations as you personally need!
Please keep in mind cancelling your subscription will remove your access to your subscription immediately.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly from your Patient Portal by following these simple steps:
- Click on "Manage Subscription" which will lead you to: https://updoc.com.au/cancel-subscription

- Click on "Cancel My Subscription"

- Enter in the email address you used to register with Updoc and press "Send Verification Code".
- Check your email inbox for that code and enter the 6-digit code in.
- Make sure your email address is entered in all lower caps (no capital letters)!

- If you would not like to accept our Special Offers or give feedback, simply press "Decline Offer" or "Next" to proceed.

- The last step is to press "Confirm & Cancel".
- If you receive a confirmation email, your subscription has been successfully cancelled. Please keep in mind your access to your subscription is removed immediately.

Please note, we do not provide refunds for periods where our subscription service was available but not utilised – as your Updoc subscription access requires our team to spend significant resources ensuring there are Partner Doctors available around the clock should you require healthcare access. This policy is in line with our terms & conditions.
