I need to edit my Medical Certificate remarks

Where you have been issued a Medical Certificate, a Partner Doctor has decided that the medical certificate issued was appropriate based on your request submission.

Unfortunately, something we can’t innovate on is regulatory requirements. Which is a bummer sometimes.

One of those requirements is that we are unable to alter certificates. We’d love to change it, but we can’t. Our hands are tied.

If you require another certificate, you may submit another online Medical Certificate request, by clicking on this link: https://updoc.com.au/medical-certificate or log back in to your Patient Portal: https://updoc.com.au/patient/. Our Partner Doctors will provide a suitable outcome based on their medical expertise if appropriate.

Please ensure you specify any specific requirements you need in the "Include any doctor remarks to appear on the certificate (eg. URTI)" box.

Just a gentle reminder that the outcome of your medical certificates is at the sole discretion of your Partner Doctor.
