Where Updoc has received your results, we will proactively send you an email with the subject line "We've received results".
Please be aware that some of your results may still be pending. Independent, third-party clinics and labs have varying turnaround times depending on the specific tests conducted. We're unfortunately unable to control their turnaround times.
If you have not received the aforementioned email, this means we have not received the results from your pathology lab or radiology clinic. In our experience, it can take up to 14 days for the independent provider to send these results to us.
We recommend contacting your lab or clinic directly for further assistance. Additionally, you can also provide them with our fax number (+61280290784) and your Partner Doctor's name, which is available on the referral you received.
When we have informed you that we have received the results, you will need to request a follow-up consultation to review and discuss the results with a Partner Doctor. You can do this at https://updoc.com.au/telehealth-consultation
